Mindy Sacks is employed by Charlestown Home Health and has over 35 years of medical experience. She as served on the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners of Maryland for eight years, two as Chair and two as Vice Chair. She has been a member of Project Liberty Ship for ten years. Initially she worked in the stewards department and still helps there as needed. Now she is the assistant manager of the Ship's Store. She runs the store on cruises and helps keep the store well-stocked as well as ordering some of the inventory. She is also a member of the museum committee and helps work on the museum displays.

Mindy was elected to the Board of Directors of Project Liberty Ship in 2009, and elected Interim Chairman of the Board in January 2012.
